Explanation: The data will be processed for a period of 3 years from the last interaction with us.

Once these retention periods have expired and there is no other legal basis for which we must retain / process your data, it will be deleted from our systems.

     You can ask us to pass on your personal data to another controller.

There are exceptions to the GDPR Regulation, meaning that every request from you regarding the exercise of one or several rights regarding your personal data will be analysed so that we can decide whether and to what extent we can honour it.

To the extent that the request is well-founded, we will make it easier for you to exercise your rights.

If the request is unfounded, we will answer you as to why we cannot honor your request.

We will do our best to respond within a month to any requests from you regarding your rights to the personal data we process.

The response time may be extended depending on the complexity of the request, the large number of requests received, or the inability to identify you in a timely manner.

If we are unable to identify you and you do not provide us with additional information in order to identify you, we are not required to comply with your request.

If we feel it is necessary for us to identify you, we may request a copy of a document proving your identity.
